It is a very common condition and around 8.1 percent of Americans have depression according to Centers for disease control and prevention.

Depression can be experienced in many different ways. It can reduce your productivity, increase chronic conditions, and destroy relationships.

Depression can increase the risk of arthritis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma, cancer, and obesity.

What are the Symptoms?

Symptoms of depression are different depending on your gender.
