Alzheimer’s disease is usually diagnosed after the age of 65. Even if it is diagnosed before this age, there is no treatment of this disease. Doctors only try to slow down the process of this disease by preventing its growth.

But you should take some precautions, improve lifestyle, and improve some good habits to prevent this disease.

Here are some of them.
