Bones become weak and soften if your body is deficient in vitamin D. Vitamin D can make bones stronger and prevent many major diseases of bones.

There are various sources to get a good amount of Vitamin D. These sources include:

        Oily Fish

        Bone Broth

        Mushrooms

        Fortified Milk

        Cereals

        Egg yolks
