Eat a variety of foods and consume all nutrients for good health. Always consume a balanced diet. Add different vegetables, fruits, and other fruit items to your diet. Eat Unsaturated Fats: Fats are important part of the diet. Fats are required for the proper functioning of the body. But always consume it in a moderate amount. Too much consumption of fats may harm your health. Too much fat will negatively affect your cardiovascular health and increase weight. Reduce Salt and Sugar Intake: Salt is directly linked to blood pressure. High salt intake means high blood pressure. High blood pressure is not good for cardiovascular health. Sugar is also not good for health. High sugar intake can increase the cholesterol level in the body and increase the risk of diabetes. Drink Plenty of Fluids: Our body is made up of water mostly. Almost every function in our body needs water. We should consume maximum fluids throughout the day. Our body needs at least 1.5 to liters water daily. If you can’t consume plain water daily try drinking bone broth, fresh juices, or other fluids. Maintain a Healthy Body Weight: Healthy body weight should be maintained. Increased weight may increase risk of various diseases. You can maintain weight by eating healthy foods and preventing unhealthy foods.
